Terms of Service

• By placing an order you confirm that you are the account holder of the payment method used, or that you have the explicit permission of the person who is.
• If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only purchase with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases made by a minor using an adult's payment method without permission are the responsibility of the payment method holder and the household, not Kali Hub.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment details, Discord account, and key confidential.
• Kali Hub is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game developer. Use of third-party software may violate the terms of service of those platforms, and any consequence of that (including account bans) is your own risk and responsibility.

Kali Premium is sold as a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. When you subscribe, you expressly authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on a repeating basis until you cancel.

Kali Premium may be offered with a free trial. The trial length, the price charged after it, and the billing interval are shown at checkout before you confirm. At the end of the trial your payment method is automatically charged the plan price and renews each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

• The plan, price, and billing interval (for example weekly or monthly) are shown to you at checkout before you pay, and are confirmed in the receipt sent to your email.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price of the plan you selected, until it is cancelled.
• Renewal charges are made without further notice. It is your responsibility to keep track of subscriptions you have active.
• If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment provider may retry the charge. Access may be suspended while a payment is outstanding, and the subscription may be cancelled if it is not resolved.
• We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies from your next renewal onwards, never retroactively, and existing subscribers keep their current price until they cancel or their subscription lapses.
• Promotional or first-period pricing applies only to the period stated at checkout. Renewals are charged at the standard recurring rate for that plan.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason, from the subscription dashboard on our storefront (linked in your purchase receipt), or by opening a ticket in our Discord.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund periods already billed.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We aim to action every cancellation request within 24 hours of receiving it. A cancellation takes effect from the time we receive your request, so no further renewal should be charged once you have asked to cancel.

• Kali Hub sells digital access: a licence key and the ability to run our scripts. Nothing physical is shipped.
• Access is delivered immediately upon successful payment, to the email address and/or Discord account provided at checkout. Delivery is logged with a timestamp.
• By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that performance of the service begins at once.
• Each key is bound to a single device (HWID). You may reset the device your key is bound to once every 48 hours using our HWID reset tool.
• It is your responsibility to check that your executor and platform are supported before purchasing. Our supported executors are listed publicly on our executors page.

Our products are digital, licensed, and delivered instantly. Because access begins the moment you pay and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, for any reason, once a charge has been made. By purchasing you acknowledge immediate delivery of digital content and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period.

You are never locked in: you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges. See Section 2 for how cancellation works. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund a period already billed.

If something is wrong, we fix it — we do not refund. If your key was not delivered, or it does not work on a supported executor, open a ticket in our Discord within 48 hours and we will re-deliver your key or restore your access. Our remedy for any genuine delivery or access problem is to make the product work, not to return money.

No refund is available in any case, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind, or simply no longer wanting the subscription (cancel it instead).
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
• Not using the product during a period you paid for.
• Incompatibility with an executor or platform we do not list as supported.
• A specific game script breaking because the game itself was updated, patched, or removed.
• Action taken against your game account by a third party, including bans.
• Termination of your access for breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under law or under your card issuer's rules. We do ask, in return, that you use them honestly and only after talking to us.

• Contact us first. You agree to open a support ticket in our Discord and allow us a reasonable opportunity — at least 72 hours — to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider.
• Filing a dispute for a charge you recognise and authorised, without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms and, where the claim is knowingly false, may constitute fraud.
• Consequences of a dispute. When a chargeback is filed, all keys and subscriptions associated with your order are terminated immediately, and the email address, IP address, and Discord ID used are permanently blacklisted from future purchases.
• Evidence. You acknowledge that we will submit to the payment provider all records relevant to the transaction, which may include: the invoice and its timestamps, proof and time of key delivery, the email address and Discord account used, the IP address and approximate location at checkout, your acceptance of these Terms at checkout, the recurring billing disclosure shown to you, key activation and usage logs, HWID binding and reset history, and any support correspondence.
• Reinstatement. If a dispute is withdrawn or decided in our favour, we are under no obligation to restore access. Where we choose to, reinstatement is at our discretion and may require payment of the disputed amount together with any dispute fee charged to us by the payment provider.
• Amounts reversed through a chargeback after the service was delivered remain owed to us, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of them and of associated fees.
• Repeat billing is not an unauthorised charge. A subscription renewal that you authorised at checkout, and did not cancel, is a valid charge. Multiple renewals across several billing periods do not become unauthorised because you stopped using the product.

• Your key grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our scripts. You are buying access, not ownership.
• Key sharing is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser is authorised to use the key.
• Keys may not be transferred, resold, gifted, or given to anyone else under any circumstances.
• Any attempt to share, distribute, or allow others to access the key will result in immediate termination, with no refund and no notice.
• Keys may also be deactivated at any time if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

• Keys may also be obtained free of charge through our official key system.
• Bypassing the key system is strictly prohibited.
• You must complete all tasks fully to receive a key — partial completion or tampering will not grant access.
• Free keys are time-limited and expire. Availability of the free key system is not guaranteed and is not part of any paid subscription.

We reserve the right to terminate any key, and to discontinue Kali Hub, at any time, with or without notice.

Termination may occur for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Abuse of the service, our staff, or our community
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity
• Violation of third-party agreements
• Discontinuation of Kali Hub

If we discontinue Kali Hub entirely while you hold an active subscription, we will cancel outstanding subscriptions so that no further renewals are charged. Termination for breach of these Terms carries no refund.

• Any form of reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of our scripts or systems is strictly forbidden.
• Violations will result in immediate termination and permanent blacklisting, with no refund.
• Users who have been blacklisted may be reinstated for a fee of $2.50. Please contact the developers through our Discord for this service. Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and is not available following a chargeback.

• You consent to the collection and use of gameplay data (such as pets, fruits, and job IDs) for community features and telemetry.
• You consent to us recording and retaining transaction and access records — including email address, Discord ID, IP address, hardware identifier, key activity, and delivery timestamps — for the purposes of delivering the service, preventing fraud and abuse, and responding to payment disputes.
• These records are retained for as long as necessary for those purposes, including after your subscription ends.
• See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider's own terms.
• For manual or cryptocurrency payments: overpayments and underpayments will not be refunded, credited, or otherwise acknowledged, and it is your responsibility to send the exact amount. We are not liable for losses caused by transaction errors, incorrect wallet addresses, or network delays.
• Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Currency conversion and any fees applied by your bank are outside our control.

• All products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, compatibility with any particular executor or game, or ongoing support.
• Games are updated by their developers without notice, and individual scripts may stop working as a result. Restoring them is not guaranteed, and no script no longer working is grounds for a refund. All sales are final (Section 5).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Kali Hub is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of game accounts, in-game items, or virtual currency. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our services, or allowing a subscription to renew, after a change implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

You must also agree to Luarmor's Terms of Service to use our products, and to the terms of any payment provider or platform you use to reach us.
